ORDERING GUIDE
Follow one connected workflow so the saved design, payment and production files remain attached to the same Deckvo order.
1. Choose a product
Select standard playing cards, bridge cards, game cards or tarot cards according to the required size and use.
2. Sign in and create a new design
Each new project should start as a new saved work. You do not need a separate editor account.
3. Review specifications and price
Confirm card count, stock, finish, packaging, quantity and delivery country. Standard options use tier pricing; custom requirements are reviewed manually.
4. Enter the delivery address and pay
Payment is completed on Deckvo. The editor does not collect the customer order.
5. Artwork and rights approval
Deckvo checks the submitted files and confirms that the customer has the necessary rights. Payment alone does not authorize production.
6. Production and shipment
After final artwork approval, the order moves into production. Tracking information is added when the shipment is dispatched.
Changes after payment
To avoid producing the wrong version, paid projects are locked. Contact customer service if a correction is required.
